This page explains what QuickClear Services collects when you visit quickclearteam.com, and what we don't. If anything here is unclear, email us at taylor@quickclearteam.com.

If you request a quote

When you fill out the quote request form, we collect the information you enter — your name, phone number, email, address, the services you're asking about, your message, and any photos you attach. This is used only to prepare and follow up on your quote. It's never sold or shared with third parties.

General site activity

Separately from the quote form, we track basic on-site activity so we can understand how people use the site — for example, which pages get visited and whether the "Call Now" buttons get used. This is:

Which pages you visit, and what page (if any) referred you here
A random identifier generated for your browser tab, so we can tell which clicks belong to the same visit — this is not a cookie, and it disappears when you close the tab
Whether you're on a phone, tablet, or desktop-sized screen
Which navigation links and call buttons you click, and whether you submit the quote form

What we don't collect

No location or geolocation data of any kind
No demographic data (age, gender, income, etc.)
No cookies, and no cross-site or advertising tracking
Nothing that follows you across separate visits — the session identifier resets every time you close the tab
We never sell or share visitor data with third parties

Where this data lives

Quote requests and site-activity data are stored with Supabase, our database provider, and are only viewable by QuickClear Services employees who've been given a login — nothing is publicly readable.
